Randall Lazarus

Randy is President of Classic Homes, a Residential Building Contractor and Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance from West Virginia University he held the position of Vice-President of Acquisitions for Keyes Investment Group in Miami, Florida responsible for the acquisition of over $30,000,000 of commercial properties for its Public and Private Real Estate syndication programs. Randy has developed over $9,000,000 in office, warehouse, retail/showroom properties as well as $4,500,000 in residential and commercial development. Randy has been a principal in the purchase/renovation and construction of over 500 single family homes in the Central Florida Area.

Louis Ronca

Lou is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Building Contractor in the state of Florida since 1988 and serves as the qualifying agent for both Sunvest Homes Inc. and Classic Homes, both active contractors in the Orlando real estate and construction market. Lou is a graduate of Moravian College with a degree in Economics and Business Administration and served as an officer in the US Army. In 1986 Lou relocated to Florida and built the largest residential foreclosure company in the Orlando Area purchasing, renovating, constrution and resale of over $35,000,000 in residential properties. In addition, Lou has an extensive background in commercial sales and ownership participating and in the development of over $20,000,000 in commercial, retail and residential projects in the Central Florida area.

Kim Nelson- Amkraut

Kim has worked in the building / real estate field for the past 25 years. As a project coordinator, Kim is the liaison between the field and the office including permitting, design coordination and bid requests. 

Natalie Lazarus

Natalie is a graduate of Purdue University and is the Acquisition and Sales Coordinator for Classic Homes. With 20 years of property management and design experience she can assist with turnkey construction of your new home

Jake Lazarus

Jake is a recent graduate of University of Florida College of Design, Construction and Planning with a focus on Sustainability and the Built Environment. Jake is a project manager for the Company's renovation projects.
